Kaifeng Xinya Instrument Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kaifeng XinYa Industrial Co., Ltd, specializing in the R&D, manufacturing, and service of high-precision flow meters, smart water meters, and flow standard devices.
With nearly 30 years of advanced polymer material research experience and multiple patented technologies from our parent company, we are committed to providing global clients with accurate, reliable, and innovative fluid measurement solutions. Established in 1996, Xinya Industrial Group has been dedicated to the development and production of polymer composite materials and precision instruments. In 2022, to focus on core business and drive specialized growth, we launched strategic restructuring and officially established Kaifeng Xinya Instrument Co., Ltd., marking a new chapter in independent operations for our civilian instrument division.
As an integrated manufacturer with more than 15 years of industry experience, our facility covers 25,927 square meters, employs over 100 staff members, and has an annual production capacity of more than 10,000 units.
